A data-driven look back at my career at Microsoft since January 2000. Starting from an exported employment-history timeline, a small Python script builds a self-contained HTML report that charts two things over time:

  • Managers over time - all 22 managers I have reported to, as horizontal spans showing when each tenure started and ended.
  • Buildings over time - the 14 buildings and studios I have worked in across the Redmond campus and beyond.

Each chart is an interactive Plotly Gantt view, backed by summary tables ranking managers and buildings by total time. The report is fully self-contained and served as-is.
